Great second pick, Shiv from Dominaria, probably best known from Shivan Dragon, which gets referenced in this Plane. Shivan Dragon was a 5/5 Dragon with Flying and "R: This creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn." What a coincidence that this Plane gives you exactly that.

I havent been able to play any Planechase matches, but this is a very fun reference to a very important card in the history of magic. Ive always loved Firebreathing and id love to roll into this.

Enchanter's Bane is a 2 mana enchantment useful in counterplay against enchantress decks. Duskmourn had a lot of enchantments, so this card rarely is a useless in that draft enviroment. In constructed it feels like a weird sideboard, since a lot of players would rather lose life than lose a valuable enchantment, at least for some turns. I guess you can also use this in a weird deck that cares about sacrificing your own enchantments. You cant even use things like Captive Audience to force them to have a high value enchantment because theyll be able to sacrifice it.

Reminder that if there are no other enchantments youll have to take 2 damage or sacrifice it, so its no the greatest control piece either.

The best place for this card is in a limited enviroments with good and expensive enchantments, and maybe enchantment sacrifice. But as someone who loves weird removal this is a very elegant design.
